of the Holy
Spirit, to share with others the story of God's
love, forgiveness, and grace.

Vision Statement
We will endeavor to develop faithful members
who will grow spiritually through participation in
worship, education, stewardship, mission, and
fellowship. Through the power of the Holy
Spirit, we will encourage our members to
progress from having belief and confidence in
Christ to putting His teachings into daily
practice. We will work toward acknowledging
God as the priority in our lives and, in
obedience, we will enjoy the abundance of
God's kingdom on earth. As a natural outcome
of our spiritual journeys, we will reach out to
others to bring them into the fellowship of
believers. |

Values Statements
- Through responding to the Holy Spirit
working in our lives, we become a new
creation.
- Through outreach, we follow the Great
Commission.
- Through worship, prayer and other
spiritual disciplines, we express our love for
God, rely on God for direction, and develop
a personal relationship with our Creator.
- Through biblical
teaching in Christian
education classes and small groups for
all ages, we share our knowledge of God
and our commitment to becoming fully
devoted followers of Christ. We
acknowledge our special calling to
encourage and support our children and
youth in their spiritual development.
- Through fellowship and small groups, we
foster community and relationship-building
in our church. When we have conflicts, we
are committed to openness, forgiveness
and reconciliation.
- Through mission and congregational care,
we demonstrate how we love others and
are committed to service within and
beyond our congregation.
- Through stewardship of our time, talents
and treasures, and in the care of our
property, we accept our responsibility for
God's creation and the blessings bestowed
on us.
- Through living responsibly and working for
justice, we model our commitment to
peacemaking and service to our families,
our neighbors, our community, and our
world.
- Through a commitment to holistic health,
we seek to continue the healing mission of
Jesus Christ.
- Through opportunities for training,
encouragement of lay initiatives and
utilization of our God-given gifts, we show
our commitment to the ministry of the
laity.
