| Rev. Jim Bell
opened the meeting with prayer and stated the purpose of the
meeting. 118 members were present in the sanctuary.
The nominating
committee, (Ginny Nappi, Chair) distributed ballots for the
PULPIT NOMINATING COMMITTEE for the purpose of seeking a new
designated co-pastor. The persons on the ballot were:
- Ann Beck
- Ginny Clarahan
- Joan Edgren
- Paul Harmon
- Joni Painter
- Don Rutledge
- Jeff Stout
- Kathy Tosh
- John Tuttle
- Lloyd Wiesemann
Rev. Bell asked for nominations from the floor. There were none.
(The number of nominees equaled the number for the committee,
thus the congregation could vote by voice.) John Crew made a
motion we cast an unanimous ballot for the names listed. Cathy
Rinehart seconded the motion. Motion carried.
The second item
on the ballot was for the election of church treasurer, office
to begin January 1, 2005. Lynn Litwiller's name has been
nominated. Rev. Bell asked for nominations from the floor.
There were none. Stan Cole made a motion we cast an unanimous
ballot for Lynn Litwiller. Dave Seyller seconded the motion.
Motion carried.
Rev. Bell encouraged all members to turn in their pledge cards.

O'Neal made a motion the meeting be adjourned. Carol
Schrantz seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Rev. Bell closed
the meeting with prayer at 9:45 a.m.
