  • Membership Committee report was presented by Terry Tosh which was a review of potential members to be moved to the inactive list and removal from the church rolls of members who have been on the inactive list for over two years.

Cathy Rinehart moved and Mons Schrantz seconded a motion that we would now again follow the Book of Order which allows churches to send a letter to "missing faces" who have not participated in nor supported the church in the past two years. A request will be made to them that they go on the inactive list (and per capita will no longer need to be paid for these individuals).
