Pastor Jim Bell called the meeting to order with prayer.

Jon Thetard, retiring treasurer, outlined the financial needs of the church for the next four years, using a Power Point presentation and graphs. The 2005 budget was presented in the Annual Report which was distributed. The session approved the budget in December. He made a plea for increased giving.

Lynn Litwiller, new treasurer, presented a proposed salary incease for Pastor Bell of $1,500 (2.2 percent). Mons Schrantz made a motion we endorse the raise. Jim Bouas seconded the motion. Motion carried.

John Anderson made a motion the meeting be adjourned. Jerry Parsons seconded the motion. Carried. The meeting was adjourned at 9:50 a.m.

The meeting was closed with prayer.
