The
session voted at its March 24, 2004 meeting to give the City
of Bloomington an easement to our property to straighten the
drainage ditch that runs through our property.
The city
will take some of the fill material and use it to widen Hershey
Road going north. The remaining fill material and black
soil will be placed in the triangular area north of the ditch.

Once
completed the distributed area will be seeded by the city. Work
should begin work on the ditch in May.
